STONE COUNTERTOP FABRICATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Must have a high attention to detail and take pride in crafting high quality products while minimizing product defects.

Motivated individual who can work independently.

Trim, cut and/or polish countertops and parts using hand grinders and related equipment.
-
Ability to understand construction drawings, design lay-outs and dimensions from sketches and/or blueprints.
-
Ability to work overtime occasionally/as needed to meet client deadlines.
-
Effective verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to lift heavy countertop pieces occasionally (50-75lbs).
-
Starting Wage is negotiable with experience.
EXPERIENCE
-
Experience preferred, not necessary – Apprenticeship-Training available.
-
Experience in fabricating granite and engineered stone including material inspection, material handling, cutting, grinding and polishing a plus.
-
Construction or experience with small hand power tools preferred.
-
Willing to work with and train any motivated individual who would be a good fit.
